Benches under 48” ship via FedEx Ground in a custom wood crate.
Larger benches are palletized and shipped via FedEx Freight with scheduled delivery and full insurance.
Shipping is free within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Each order is handmade specifically for you. Because of this, we have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any orders at no charge you must contact us via Etsy Message within 48 hours after the order is placed. The 48 hours includes Saturday, and Sunday. After 48 hours up to 72 hours you will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. After the 72 hours there will be no refunds on any orders.
Since each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns and/or refunds on any of our products after this 72 hour period.
Buyer Beware: Please keep in mind we are selling real wood pieces that could crack, shrink or bow in certain areas. We take every precaution to avoid this but wood is living and will continue to change in different environments. We believe this adds to the "rustic" character. If any of these "changes" occur we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
