Beautiful practical 100% hand made kitchen nook / breakfast nook with metal hinges and storage space.
Ideal for the small kitchen missing cabinet space.
Base is made with birch cabinet grade plywood, frame with poplar wood and top is made with pine wood.
The base is made with birch plywood cabinet grade because it is a very resistant material that is water resistant. I do not use MDF because it is a low quality and non resistant material for this product.
I take great pride in my products therefore all pictures in my store are actual pieces made by me and not downloaded from the internet.
I do not make furniture in series, all my products are custom made according to the clients needs.
The finishings of the item can be customized, you can choose any stain from Minwax Wood Finish Premium Oil and usually the bases are white, however you can write me and let me know the information for your desire paint.
Pieces come fully built you just need to put the pieces together with a minimal use of a couple of screws (furnished) and a drill (furniture does not come in boxes like IKEA for you to build).
Your order is shipped on a wooden crate via Fedex ground and it is also insured.

Each order is handmade specifically for you. Because of this, we have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any orders at no charge you must contact us via Etsy Message within 48 hours after the order is placed. The 48 hours includes Saturday, and Sunday. After 48 hours up to 72 hours you will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. After the 72 hours there will be no refunds on any orders.
Since each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns and/or refunds on any of our products after this 72 hour period.
Buyer Beware: Please keep in mind we are selling real wood pieces that could crack, shrink or bow in certain areas. We take every precaution to avoid this but wood is living and will continue to change in different environments. We believe this adds to the "rustic" character. If any of these "changes" occur we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
